We not only would like to invite you to participate in our conference, but also to become an exhibitor, presenting your offer in a booth located in close proximity to the conference room. It will enable all the conference guests to become acquainted with your company's newest products, services, technologies and solutions.

1. The location of exhibition booths depends on the exhibition space design, the organizational and technical conditions on the exhibition area and the wishes of the exhibitors, that the organizers will do their best to accommodate.

2. The organizers reserve the right to change a booth’s location and the amount of space ordered by the exhibitor in case of organizational or technical circumstances getting in the way of exhibitor’s wishes, without any right to damages.

3. Exhibitors will receive detailed information in advance, including how the exhibition space will be assigned.
