ABOUT THE CONFERENCE

It has been 17 years since the civil, military and general aviation communities in a broad sense were first given the unique opportunity to debate on the challenges faced by the Polish Air Force, airlines, airports, handling companies and other businesses connected with aviation, during the New Generation Aviation International Conference and Exhibition.

The organisers of the 17th conference are the Polish Air Force University and the Warsaw Exhibition Board (ZTW S.A.) company.

It really would be hard to find better partners for a discussion on the challenges facing aviation, not just military but also civil, than representatives of a school that is a great breeding ground for future Polish Air Force personnel.

The conference and exhibition "New Generation Aviation" is an extension of the organized since 2008 by the Warsaw Exhibition Board S.A. International Conference and Exhibition "Airport", the subject of which was mainly focused on the ground infrastructure of air transport and its expansion.

The "New Generation Aviation" conference is one of the unique events on a national scale that integrate the civil aviation community, general aviation and state aviation. The conference is also an excellent opportunity and conditions for both the presentation of innovative solutions and a substantive debate on issues related to aviation, its infrastructure and industrial and human resources.

Like the previous editions, this year’s conference will be divided into several discussion sessions, covering topics such as developing the country’s air security under conditions of military and non-military threats; the technical modernisation of the Polish Armed Forces; technological challenges facing the civil aviation sector; the development of airbase and airport infrastructure and service systems; civilian use of outer space, and satellites and satellite imaging systems.

Each session will not only feature talks by experts and discussions on the aforementioned topics, but also presentations of key issues such as innovative solutions or products, in the form of specialist reports.

The conference is addressed to: representatives of the aviation industry from Poland and abroad, representatives of government administration, parliamentarians, representatives of local government administration, representatives of the Air Force, airlines, airports, handling companies, and all other people related to aviation and its supporters.

The conference participants will include (based on data from 2017-2021) high-ranking representatives of the Ministry of Infrastructure, the Ministry of National Defense, the National Security Bureau, the Parliamentary Committee of Local Government and Regional Policy, the Air Force Inspectorate in the General Command of the Armed Forces, IATA, Polish Airlines Lotnicze LOT, the State Enterprise "Polish Airports", the Civil Aviation Authority, the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency, EUROCONTROL, the Council of Airline Representatives in Poland BARIP, the Polish Aviation Club and the Association of Regional Airports.
